In order to minimize your waiting time, we recommend you make an appointment before you go.
﹡Please use internet registration if it is your first visit.
﹡If you need to register on-site, please go straight to the registration counter. Clinic time: Monday to Sunday starting from 8:00 a.m. and the registrations are closed 20 minutes before the end of clinical hours.

  1. Specialty clinic: Gout, Dizziness, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Cancer screening
Rehabilitation Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. 
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday is unavailable.
  1. Diabetes prevention classes are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m. at nutritional department which is located at the basement.
Registration Guide
  1. When making an appointment, please bring your ID card and Health Insurance 
    IC card and proceed to registration counter. Remember to check the name, clinic time and the appointment number.
  2. Returning patients who have already set up an appointment may directly go to the doctor's clinic.
  3. Follow traffic order for consultation, and give your Health Insurance 
    IC card to the nurse.
  4. Bring your prescription and pay at the cashier.
  5. After payment is made, please bring the cashier receipt to the pharmacy window2 to receive your medicine. Make sure you have the correct medicine with your name on the bag.
Country hospital is a National Health Insurance (NHI) contracted hospital; therefore, the referral is not required to be made.
